BioCentiV Pty Ltd (“BioCentiV”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is an Australian-based health-technology company developing prevention-first health programs and research initiatives. We are not a licensed health insurer or medical provider. Participation in any BioCentiV pilot program is voluntary and for research and educational purposes only.

4. Use of Our Services

You agree not to:

  • Use the BioCentiV website or programs for unlawful or unauthorised purposes;

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
